Hi. My name’s Chang and I’m looking for two roommates to re-sign a lease with me in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom on West 137th St. and Broadway. My two current roommates are moving into a studio and moving to Pittsburgh. I love the place, it has a huge living room and kitchen and amazing amenities (laundry in building, access to free gym and study space, dishwasher in unit). MUST BE OKAY WITH TWO CATS - i clean up after them daily.

I work in FiDi at least 3 days a week (Tues-Thur) as a plaintiffs’ securities lawyers in large class action lawsuits, and those days I leave the house around 7am and come home around 8-9pm. The other days, I work remotely from my room and work about the same hours. On weeknights, I usually just come home, take a shower, read a book, and sleep. On weekends, I’ll see my friends around NYC and try to go for a walk and do chores. I never party in the apartment but do have a friend or two over once every two weeks or so just to watch TV or eat dinner. I have overnight guests once or twice a year from out of town.

LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly (though I don’t smoke weed).

LOOKING FOR TWO ROOMMATES, GREAT APT

Two bedrooms in a 3 bed/1 bath unit open in a nice apartment building. Laundry and dryer in basement, access to free gym and study spaces 2 buildings down. 1 Train around the corner. Duane Reade next door, big supermarket across the street, Riverside State Park across the street. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Huge living room and kitchen (with dishwasher). Kitchen is semi-furnished and happy to share. Living room is currently empty except a 65 inch 4K TV and electric keyboard (although I don’t play it much). Lease starts Mar. 1, 2025 for 1 year, would apply together with management company.

Bedroom 1: Unfurnished, bigger bedroom. $1425 (after e-pay fees, $1445). Last roommate fit a full bed, a dresser, and a desk inside. Has big closet. Has a window facing another building but gets sunlight. Available ASAP (pro-rated for Feb).

Bedroom 2: Furnished (full bed/bed frame and AC unit), smaller bedroom. $1385 (after e-pay fees, $1405). Occupied until end of February so Mar. 1, 2025 move-in. Current roommate fits a keyboard, small dresser in corner, and small nightstand. Big closet. Has window.

Utilities: ~70-130/person each month, WiFi ~$25/person.
