I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for this awesome 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Peter Cooper Village. The place is super spacious – my bedroom easily fits a queen bed, dresser, and desk with plenty of room to spare.
You'll be living with two really cool and chill roommates – one’s a software engineer and the other’s a consultant. The kitchen is brand new with all new appliances that were installed right before we moved in.
This apartment is a great deal for Manhattan – you get a lot more space for your money compared to most places. The lease is up in April, but you can renew it for another 12 months if you want.
All in cost is around $2,150
