This is a great place for quiet enjoyment that you can call home.
The room is for ONE person. No overnight guests please! Shared bathroom with one roommate.
We have a well behaved adult cat, so other pets will not fit.
Utilities $50 monthly. Security deposit $900. Background check needed.
