My puppy and I live in my basement where the master bedroom is. My rooms for sale are next to each other on the main level along with 1 full bath. With the space comes the upstairs living room as well. The only shared space would be the kitchen, dining area, and backyard. We have street parking. My puppy is socialized and hypoallergenic. I have a security system. I’m renting out the upper level including both rooms for $1500 monthly with a $500 security deposit, however price may vary if you have more than one pet. However, you could also rent out just one room for $1000 per month, or the basement for $1500. I would love to chat and meet beforehand to make sure we have similar roommate values and get along!
