Hi! I'm 27 and currently a full-time student in an accelerated nursing program. I'm laid-back, easygoing, respectful, and tend to keep to myself. I don't throw parties or have frequent guests, and I'm home a lot since I spend a good amount of time studying-so I really appreciate a calm and comfortable space.
It's just me and my dog, Bailey currently living here. She's a 7-year old black lab who's fully trained, potty trained, and uses her own doggy door. She's friendly, well-behaved, and gets along great with both people and other dogs.
When I’m not busy with school or clinicals, I love exploring new food spots, watching TV shows, traveling, hiking, painting, and spending time with friends. I’m social but also enjoy my alone time, and I value open communication and a peaceful living space.

The house is located near the 60 and Bell Rd, with easy access to the 101 and 303 freeways. It's a great area with lots of nearby shops, restaurants, and conveniences. It's a 3 bed / 2 bath home with a garage, and you'd have your own private room and bathroom. Move in date can be sooner than 5/1/25.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and relaxed. The backyard has mature trees, a built-in propane BBQ, and an empty work shed for extra storage if you need it. The shared living room features a big flat screen TV, and a giant, comfy couch--perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen has a reverse osmosis water system, and
the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable through Cox with an
upgraded router. There's also a washer and dryer in
the house for your convenience. Utilities are
included*.
Dogs are welcome, provided they get along with mine and are 100% potty trained. Prefer no cigarette smokers or children. Females of any age are preferred, but males are welcome as long as we meet first and we feel comfortable with each other.
