Amazing price for a clean, 1010 sq. ft 2 bd, 2ba apt to share with a chill, considerate, polite guy. This place doesn't have alot of extras, but it's super close to pretty much everything! 2.5 mi. or less to Lenox, Buckhead, Midtown, Va-Hi and Emory. 4 blocks from 85 N exit, 3 blocks from Publix, CVS, movies & restaurants. Off street, safe parking and washer/dryer in apt. Property managers are very responsive. $500 + utilities (usually around $100). $75 deposit.
Requirement: PLEASE BE EMPLOYED FULL TIME OR FULL TIME STUDENT.
