Hello! My name’s Desi, I’m a 24 and a student. My roommate Safa is 22, a recent graduate, and works in the music industry. Our 3rd roommate is moving out after she graduates end of May so we’re looking for someone to move in to our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment starting July 1st (move-in date may be flexible). Looking for a female roommate around similar age (21-28), who values cleanliness and open communication.

About me (Desi):
I like watching movies, binge watching shows, board games, reading, writing (that’s my major lol), and listening to music (with earphones dw). I like going out to dance clubs and karaoke, not an early riser but will make an exception for bottomless brunch lol, and I enjoy a good happy hour. I’m a fan of all things Harry Potter (but not J.K Rowling obvi). I’m into Marvel, anime, and play various Switch games (you may or may not hear me shouting with my friends while playing overcooked at some point, please feel free to join us lol). I also love classical music and sometimes go to free concerts I find or I get student tickets for the Met Opera and Carnegie hall. I like hanging out in parks, trying new restaurants, going for walks, window shopping (but not actual shopping lol), and of course spending time with friends ☺️

About me (Safa):
I love all things music - I'm an R&B fiend! I also love dancing, video games, hiking, and am a huge foodie. I run a cat sitting business around the city. I recently graduated from NYU Tisch and moved to the city 4 years ago from the DMV. I love traveling and exploring so you'll likely hear silence in my room because I'm often away 😂 but I'm super friendly and love chatting so when I'm there you'll probably hear me talking my life away with my friends :-)

Important Note: Safa and I are both very anti-racism, anti-sexism, and pro LGBTQ+. If you don’t share similar values on things like that I… don’t think we’d be a good fit as roommates😅
