We have a furnished private bedroom with a private bathroom available inside our co-ed shared house, located in the 90304 zip code, and within 15 minutes drive from the beach. The shared areas are the kitchen, living room, and onsite laundry room. Our current housemates are three working professionals in tech, finance, and logistic. Our hobbies are tennis, soccer, hiking, and board games.
We are looking for a reliable housemate who can always pay rent on time, even on vacation, as having a place to live is a top priority. In order to maintain a clean and respectful living environment, we expect all housemates to be diligent in cleaning up after themselves and to avoid playing excessively loud music since some of our housemates work from home. Regrettably, we cannot allow pets as some housemates are allergic to them, and we do not permit smoking indoors since the odor is overwhelming to some housemates. If you share our values then we invite you to consider joining our co-ed shared house.
The monthly rent is $1,200, with a deposit of $500, and our lease is on a month-to-month basis. Utilities can be around $55 or more depending on the number of housemates and usage. Street parking is available, and garage parking is an additional $50 per month.
To be considered for our co-living space, you must currently be employed full-time or have accepted a full-time job offer. If you are going to college, you will need to be working part-time or have a parent/relative paying the rent for you. We will require verification documents. To inquire about the room, please use the subject line "One Bedroom Only" and put this in the email body: “Hello, my name is (name). I’m (currently working at or have accepted a job offer or going to college) at (employer/college name) and can provide verification documents. I plan to move around (date). I would like a video tour on (date) at (time). Feel free to ask questions at the end of the template then email it to forrent366atgmaildotcom.
