Adorable Home in Beautiful Mueller Neighborhood - Close to Downtown, Parks, and Shopping!
We're two girls looking for a third roommate for our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house in the Mueller neighborhood. We're both 22, girls who just graduated, and are looking for someone to complete our home! The house is conveniently located close to an HEB, several restaurants, lots of walking trails, and there is a farmers market just down the street on Sundays. The Mueller neighborhood is vibrant and full of personality, and only 15-20 minutes away from downtown Austin.
The rent would be $1300 per month for an upstairs bedroom with a shared, spacious bathroom. The house also has a dining room and a back patio perfect for some chairs and a BBQ grill. There is a washer and dryer in the house, and a large kitchen with all of the appliances - oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
We are both super excited to be in Austin and would love to find someone to explore the city with, but if you prefer your own space, that's perfect too!
