So my husband and I are moving out of a house we rent with some friends, so our VERY LARGE master bedroom, with En Suite bathroom and HUGE walk in closet is up for grabs!

House features include, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, large galley style kitchen, large backyard with mature fruit trees (gardener included), large garage with plenty of space to store boxes and things, washer and dryer, and large driveway that fits 6 cars comfortably. The house has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms!!

Our room is $1100 a month, plus $18-22 a month for internet, about $7 a month for gas, $12-15 every TWO weeks for a house cleaner that cleans the main areas (kitchen, dinning areas, living rooms, and guest bathroom), and on average $120 every OTHER month for LADWP (depending on AC use). There will also be a $1200 deposit. (The deposit CAN be paid in installments!)

What are we looking for?
Someone between 25-35 (couples welcome), who has a job, good credit, and clean record as you will have to submit an application and the owner of the house must approve our replacement. Lastly, and most importantly, since you will be replacing us on the lease, you NEED to be able to remain in the house until our lease is up May 2021 (1 year, 8 months).
**There will also be a SLIGHT increase in rent (~$30 May 2020)**
