I am 31 years old and have an established career where I work remotely and travel on occasion. I have 2 pups, and love spending time with my family and friends! I live in a 3 bed/3 bath townhome in the sought-after neighborhood of Pecan Square in Northlake, TX. The neighborhood has a HUGE social calendar and wonderful groups to get involved with. I am wanting to rent out both of my spare bedrooms and each have their own bathrooms in the halls. (One upstairs and one downstairs)
I do not party and would prefer to keep the house tidy and hire a housekeeper that comes to clean twice a month. I don’t party or do drugs, etc and would love to find 1 or 2 girls to come and rent both rooms in my house on a 1 year lease basis. Reach out if you’re interested!

Quiet and calm 3bed/3bath townhome in the sought-after neighborhood of Pecan Square in Northlake, TX. Looking to rent the upstairs bed and bath for $1300 and the downstairs bed and bath for $1000. I do have 2 puppies and would prefer not to have anymore at the house but could be flexible with a dog that’s super sweet, house and crate trained and friendly. The house has a Ring doorbell system and is extremely safe. It has a backyard and patio area to hang on and the common areas are already outfitted with furniture, etc.
The neighborhood itself has an incredible social calendar and there is something to do multiple nights a week if you’d like to partake. There are multiple pools, co-working spaces for work or school, a gym that has key-fob access, and tons of parks and great walking opportunities.
