Your room rental comes with access to all the common areas in the home; Family Room, Den & Fully Equipped Kitchen. This room is beautifully furnished with a full-sized bed, two bedside tables, a large dresser drawer, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV.
Amenities include; Fireplace, WIFI, Cable, Copy/Fax Machine and a Large Backyard.
Utilities are included with the rent; Electric, Heat, Water, Sewer and Trash.
Weekly maid service (cleaning of common areas) is an additional $120 monthly.
Our home is located in Los Angeles near Inglewood, Ca. We live here in the home. Our home is perfect for single, professional women looking for a short term, quiet and well-maintained place to live. NO MEN (Sorry Fellas!), No Couples, No Children. Adult Females between 24-55. No Pets
