Private Bedroom in Perfect West Village Apartment!
Absolutely perfect bedroom in a 2BR apartment in the center of the West Village! It's a walkup building BUT this apartment is only one flight up :) NOTE: There is a mini fridge, not full size. It does have a freezer compartment, don't worry! And it works really well. If you like to cook, this is likely not a good fit.
Dogs allowed! Right next to Palma, Le gigot and more! There is also a wash and fold service right on the street - truly just 30 seconds away! Lease ends May 2024, and short term sublets are not suitable.
The living room is fully furnished and SO cute! The bedroom comes unfurnished, but there will be a full bedframe. The bedroom has a large closet and a window that has a great view!
Move in would need to be before or by 9/15. Security deposit is $2,000. Utilities not included - they typically are $100-$125/month for wifi and electric.
