Indoor laundry room with washer/dryer. Central AC, large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and dedicated kitchen space/cabinets for a tenant. Bathroom is shared with a male professional, it is a large bathroom that has a tub and dual sinks. Room has a closet and is currently furnished with a queen bed/mattress, side table/lamp or it can be unfurnished (on pictures), it's up to you. Lots of extra storage space/cabinets for your stuff.

Plenty of free street parking. Garage space available for extra fee. Lease is month to month. Rent is $1200 including utilities and Wi-Fi. First month’s rent and $1200 deposit to move in. Credit check and background check.
