Hello! My name is Cameron. I have one roommate already lined up (his name is Noah) and we are looking for another person to join the group.

We are looking near Midtown (Murray Hill, Kips Bay, Hells Kitchen, etc.) because of our job locations. Both of us have a max budget of $2,000 with utilities included, but we're hoping to find something in the $1500-1700 range. We are both pretty chill and are big Yankee and general sports fans.

I work crazy hours and am not home for much of the afternoon and night. I am not a clean freak, but do want to keep the apartment organized and clean (for the most part).
