Sunny Bushwick Loft

I’m moving out of my 3 bedroom 1 bath Brooklyn loft and am looking for someone to fill my spot starting April 1 or earlier. My roommate has been in this apartment for 2 years and put a lot of work into it to make the perfect escape from the busy city life.
Our current rent per person is currently $1425 plus utilities (water, electric, internet) but the landlord usually increases the rent a little each year ($50 last year). Everything is split evenly between the 3 roommates.

There is and AC/heat unit in the room that you will be able to adjust. You would be sharing the apartment (including 1 bathroom) with two other roommates in their late 20s and mid 30’s. The apartment is in the Glassworks building (glassworksbk.com) and comes with other amenities like a shared roof deck, lounge, study, laundry room and gym. We also have our own private balcony with an amazing view of the city.
