We are looking for a third female or homosexual male (sorry no straight males because we are both girls) roommate to share our new home with. It’s a 3 BR 2.5 Bath brand new house off of East Slaughter and 35. It is a new build so we are the first to live here, all wood no carpet, and everything is updated. It’s in an excellent neighborhood with very nice neighbors as well. I am a 34 yr old female, I work in insurance so I travel a lot for work, and my dog will be there when I’m gone. He is sweet and trained. He’s almost 6 so he basically just lays around all the time unless you want to play fetch with him. The other roommate is a 45 year old female and is a teacher. Both of us are very laid back. Our third roommate fell through so we need one more cool lady or homosexual male that would like to move in. We just want one more roommate that is cool with checking on my dog and feeding him when I am not in town. $750 all bills paid. $750 deposit and $150 prorated rent and bills for the 25th-1st if you move in now. If you move in on the 1st it’s $750 plus $750 deposit due on the 1st. No other pets allowed because they only allow one pet at this house and I already have a dog.
