Dependable Roommate needed

Hello,
I'm looking for a reliable roommate this month. I rent this house in west Littleton, reasonable rent in a great location. 3 young gay professionals (35,28,28) living in a shared home. Looking for one more asap as my previous tenant was unreliable. You must be responsible, pick up after yourself, okay with dogs and a hypo allergenic Bengal cat. I also have four chickens ouside. You would be sharing a bathroom on the main level with me, but I like to keep it clean and would want your help doing so, same goes for all shared spaces. Two of us work from home. We're all easy to get along with, drama free, and respectful. we're all 420 friendly you should be too!

The Room
11x9.5 and a 4x4-ish closet. This room is on the main level next to mine, and across the hall from the bathroom.
