The apartment is on the north side of Chicago near the Belmont Red, Brown, & Purple Line Stop. The open bedroom is the largest in the apartment with 2 huge wall closets. You would be sharing the full bathroom w/me (Robin).

My roommate Nikki and I (Robin) are witty & friendly creatives who support ourselves with gig economy jobs. While we each spend plenty of time in our own space, we also enjoy sometimes hanging out together for dinner or binge watching Downton Abbey, Outlander, or Ted Lasso & the like. We both have cats (Nikki-2, Robin-1), so please consider that when applying.

We’re really seeking someone who’s down w/mutual consideration involving communication, tidiness (in shared areas), & outside company. We’re reasonable people who want a harmonious community where we can all feel safe & content.

Nikki & I have some cool furniture, books, & lots of candles & adornments in the apartment. We enjoy occasionally entertaining, so there may be a couple social gatherings (pre-discussed, of course, especially in times of COVID-19). There is a massive deck & yard out back that is a shared area; complete w/communal Weber Grills.

We are steps away from anything you’d need from CTA to craft beer. There are loads of excellent restaurants within walking distance, many offering international cuisines, & we’re one building away from a well established pub boasting a fantastic patio.
