Need a Roommate for an awesome apartment in LA
Thanks for the interest in my post, I will try to describe my proposal in the best way I can. I am looking for a roommate for this new apartment I just moved in, I am new here and planning to stay for a long time. My friend Yuya, also 19 and studying film, will start to live here by the end of January. He is a very nice person and we hope to find someone that can fit with us. 13th floor:
The apartment is very clean, smells super nice (I like those automatic sprays), has an awesome view of the city (judge it by yourself) and spacious. I tried to take as many pictures as possible to give you a good idea of how the apartment looks, but I will try to give a well-written description as well. The apartment is a one bedroom apartment of 700 sqft, and therefore has a lot of space. I am in the process of buying things to the apartment, and so far I have everything you need to have a good life, like: a lot of the kitchen stuff (the microwave will arrive next week); the chairs that you can check in the photos for the kitchen table; the apartment has AC that is also a heater, and there is also water heaters close to the windows, so the apartment is always at a good temperature; the living room is where I have my desk and my bookshelf that I use to study and work, but the entire middle and right part of the room is empty (the place is really big) so if you want you can get a desk as well and we can also put a sofa close to the wall; there is a good bathroom that is fully equipped with heater inside; a very good 100 mbps wireless internet connection; there is a total of 3 built-in closets and 1 external closet, all close to or inside of the bedroom; the bedroom has a lot of space (I could fit 3 beds inside of it); the bedroom has two beds inside that are ready to be used, and the mattresses are very comfortable, but I am going to buy a bunk bed to better organize the space and fit everybody; outside the apartment you have the trash room.
L - Plaza:
This is the floor that connects all the three buildings of the complex. It is immense, in the photos I tried to show the path from the building (the apartment is located at the building B) to all the places. You can see that inside of the building on this floor you can find the mailbox, but if you order something that is too big to be delivered there (like a desk), it will go to a special place monitored by securities 24/7 located at the building A. This floor is named plaza and has a lot of things for leisure, like: an Olympic pool; a tennis court; a place for barbecue; a good gym; this floor is also a place where you will see most of the staff of the place, they take care of things here; there is the room where you can go to talk with the building staff. You can access all of this using a small chip that I use attached to my keys.
S - Garage:
This floor is where you find the laundry room, you can use the machines there with a special card. There is also the entrance from the S. Barrington Ave, that is the entrance that you can use to get ubers but is also where the garage entrance is (I can explain it better personally). There is the internal access to the garage as well, and the location is the one with the number 484 (close to the internal building access).
Payment:
The payment is the fixed value of $1350 per month, and we can decide together the rest later. I like to buy cool things for the apartment, and if we decide to buy one thing together we can use venmo (smartphone app) so we can split the bill easily.
Rules:
I don't really have any rules here, but I mean, just don't burn this sh*t and let's try to keep it as presentable as possible for outsiders. I hope we can have a good time and let's try to meet nice people.
