Hi, I graduated from UC Berkeley and worked in bay area and plan to move to NY this September for job in world trade center. (would prefer living in Manhattan)
I am a person - clean, respect privacy, and friendly. And I like outdoor sports, traveling and love to learn and explore new things.
Since I need to work in home like 4 days a week, I prefer a roommate who can respect others' schedule. I value two things most: a good rest at night and can have a quiet working environment. Besides this, I am really flexible.

Luxury building with 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom
Hi my possible roommate in the future,
I am Luffy and I am looking for a roommate to rent a 2bedroom luxury apartment in long island city. (please note I haven't signed yet, we need to sign together)
Info about the apartment
- Move in: mid September for 1 year
- Price: 2 bedroom range from 4100 to 5000 per month for us together (depending whether we want 1 bath or 2 bath)
- Amenities (dishwasher,great kitchen, launry, gym, etc.) are excellent and they are luxury building
- It is quiet since we can choose high rise plan
- Commute is very convenient, 10 minute to Mid Manhattan by subway

Expectation about roommate
I know it may be kinda rude to list expectation before we meet, but since we are probably going to live together one year, so compatible lifestyle is important, appreciate your understanding
- We can set Quiet hours together(like 10pm to 8am), and do not bring party to home
- Not preferring bringing guests on weekdays or overnight, but I am always open to communication, overnight guest should be fine if you want, but quiet hours are the key
- Prefer a guy who has stable income (I have a job too) so we don't need to pay guarantor fee for leasing
- No pets

- I live by myself without any pet
- I don't smoke or use drug
