Hello everyone!

I am a 24-year-old, professional female looking for someone to take over my roommate's lease!
I live in a luxury apartment next to the galleria (literally a 5-minute walk). I have 2 of the sweetest dogs ever. They love to play and cuddle and are potty trained!

Usually, I am gone every other weekend to visit my boyfriend in Austin and he usually stays with me for a weekend out of the month.

Former Texas State University student and now a social media manager for a medical spa! I can always hook you up with some good skincare.

I am down to be besties with my roommate as I am easy-going, tidy, and sociable. If you don't want to be besties with me either, then that's fine. As long as rent is being paid evenly by the both of us!

I am LBTQ+ friendly and also 420 friendly (I don't smoke myself but if you do, I don't mind!).

Looking for a Roommate near the Galleria

Hi!

I am looking for a professional and respectful roommate to occupy the second room in my apartment! My roommate moved out and it would not be a sublease, but a lease takeover.

I have 2 friendly dogs and am out of town every other weekend to stay in Austin. I work 9-5 Monday-Friday, am tidy, and respectful.

The apartment is gated and super safe; we also have gate attendees so they write down all the license plates and driver license info of all visitors.

The rent is $758 a month, internet is $40 per person, and utilities are usually around $60 per month per person.

I am looking for a someone to move in ASAP. Please let me know if you are interested.
