A fully-furnished spacious bedroom and private bath is available for rent in a brand new modern city home (4 levels and roof-top). Bedroom has a closet, attached bath and recessed lighting. Room is furnished with a queen bed and mattress, side table and lamp, desk and chair, and TV and microwave (no kitchen access). Room can also accommodate a personal refrigerator. Additional storage is available.
Ample street parking, and utilities are $75 (electricity, water, trash/recycle, high-speed internet and cable). No minimum lease term.
