Looking for a male roommate for apartment in Culver City!
One bedroom with a shared bathroom is available in our spacious and furnished apartment on the West Side in Los Angeles, CA. The property includes a washer and dryer, as well as a small storage space for your convenience. Street parking is available and typically easy to find. Our location is fantastic, just 10 minutes away from the beautiful Venice Beach. The vacant bedroom is the only unfurnished space, giving you the freedom to personalize it to your taste. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
We’re looking for a male roommate and you'll be living with two friendly and busy professionals. One of us is a personal trainer, and the other is a flight attendant. Our schedules are dynamic, with us coming and going throughout the day, but we also enjoy spending a good deal of time at home. We pride ourselves on being incredibly tidy, clean, organized, and considerate. Open communication is important to us to ensure a harmonious living environment, and we maintain a drama-free household. We're looking for a quiet, respectful roommate who shares our values. While occasional guests are welcome, we prefer no significant others staying for prolonged periods. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets.
