I am a young 26 year old local professional with a brand new 2/2 apartment, hoping to rent out my second room. I currently have it set up as a home office, but never use it. I have a room available in my 2 bedroom apartment. Ideally I am looking for a young male (or female) professional. I work 7 days a week, so I am not home too often. I smoke marijuana (mostly on the weekends). The apartment comes fully furnished (you get your own bathroom, brand new bed/mattress, and TV in your room). Everything is brand new (I am the first person to rent this apartment).
