I'm very relaxed, quiet, and clean. I prefer to read or watch tv/movies most of the time. I tend to go elsewhere to hang out with friends so the apartment stays relatively quiet the majority of the time. I work a full time 9:30-5:30 job. I don't smoke, drink, or do any type of drugs.

Our Third Bedroom
The bedroom currently serves as the guest room and so has a twin sized bed and a dresser. The bed can be removed if you have your own you wish to bring. The bedroom itself is medium sized and has a decent sized closet. The carpet looks new and the room itself is kept clean. The window has blinds but looks out onto trees so it can be kept open all day if you want. It is across the hall from the bathroom, which is shared with one other person.
The apartment itself is on the third floor. The place looks lived in but is kept tidy. The dining room is used as a sitting room/game area as we tend to eat whilst seated on the couch. We have a TV, a DVD player, and a Fire Stick and we also have access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime.
Note: the price for the room is just the flat rent rate, it does not include utilities as those change from month to month. Just to be safe, add $100 for utilities.
