My roommate and I are 28/29 year old working professionals.My roommate and I are both clean and adhere to a bi-weekly cleaning schedule. We both like to cook and bake; my roommate also takes regular walks around the neighborhood while I have been trying to keep up with running and virtual road races during this time. We are social in common spaces around the apartment, while also give each other quiet time in our own private rooms.

Looking for female in mid-late twenties to fill a mid-size bedroom in a 3 bedroom Central Sq, Cambridge apartment Sept 1. Rent is $885 plus utilities (gas, electricity, Internet)
Amenities: free in-unit laundry (in kitchen), on-street parking $35/year for resident sticker, balcony shared with upstairs neighborhoods
Location: <10min walk to Central Square and a 15min walk to Trader Joe's/Whole Foods and the Charles River; 5min drive to I-90 or Storrow Drive
Other: No pets, no smoking. Rotating cleaning schedule (every 2 weeks) and rotating assignments to buy common supplies (i.e. dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) Landlords are a sweet older Greek couple who request for the space to be quiet, hence no large gatherings or parties. LGBT friendly.
