lease was approved but both roommates backed out last second. i have 6 days until the lease ends if anyone else is interested please let me know. priority to those with guarantors as that is what the landlord is looking at the most i believe.

rent is $𝟵𝟭𝟮/𝗺𝗼 (2735 split evenly between 3) + utilities
-will be signing a 12 month lease
-one months security deposit
𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗬 𝟭𝗦𝗧 move in preferred but can be moved back as long as you cover the months rent

*missed the lease renewal date as i thought i would be moving out but finding a place to stay is proving difficult. all three of us will be signing a new lease. i will be transparent and say that i am very clueless when it comes to leasing in nyc. i am cut off from family and have no adults to turn to/my roommate handled most of the lease process when we signed it. therefore i would greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us maneuver the details of the lease. thank you.
