The unit has its own washer/dryer, a fridge with a water and ice cube dispenser, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a sink with two basins and an extending faucet. It also has an AC/heating system and a balcony. There’s a second lock inside the apartment that can only be accessed from inside for added security. The bedrooms are carpeted, the kitchen and bathrooms are tiled, and the living space has wood flooring.

The unit is fully furnished. Your bedroom will have a double-sized bed, a desk with a chair, a nightstand, and two little dressers that can either stack on top of each other or slide under the bed. There’s a walk-in closet and the shower has a bathtub if you prefer baths! The living area has a couch and a little armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a coffee table, and another little table. I have a rug in the living room, a couple pictures on the walls, and another accent table. But I’d always love for my roommate to make the living area more aligned with their style, too!!

The actual apartment has an underground parking garage. There’s an elevator and we use key fobs to get into the building/parking garage. There’s a pool and a gym, too. This apartment is “sisters” with the Villas on Guadalupe (right across a small alleyway). The Villas has its own pool/gym that we can use and it has the package room. But normal mailboxes are in the Venue.

This is my second year here. I think maintenance staff responds to issues really quickly, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet overall. The apartment faces a park, so there’s not a lot of light or noise coming in at night. If you have any questions or want more info, please message me, and I’ll be happy to tell you what I know!
