Beautiful private room available for rent at on Wellesley Drive, Austin, TX 78754 in the Chimney Hill neighborhood. We are a very friendly and laid back household and we're looking for one more housemate that wants to help us make this house a happy home. Our rent is $850/month plus cost of utilities shared equally with housemates, including gas, electricity, water, and high-speed internet. Utilities range between $80-$100/month each according to how much we use the air conditioning in the summer and the heater in the winter. To move in you would have to pay first and last month's rent plus a $500 security deposit. There are 3 people living in the house now - Daniel, age 31, works full-time programming self-driving cars and Melony, age 27, works as a barista; they are a couple that occupy the downstairs room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and an office. Nattina (32 yr old voice over artist and barista) lives in one bedroom and the other is the one for rent. The two renters upstairs will share the full bathroom upstairs and Daniel and Melony use the other full bathroom off their room. There is a third half bath (no tub) that the new renter is welcomed to use in addition.
