Door code building 2 floor walk up 2 bedroom 1 bath apt. Bedroom for rent is furnished with twin size bed but will fit a full size. It has a wardrobe, 6 drawer dresser, show rack, lamp, table with 2 upholstered chairs, 2 windows one with fire escape one with ac window unit new curtains and huge wall backdrop of Manhattan skyline that could be removed for your art and style of curtains. Portable heater, night table and huge mirror. Wall of foam under white curtain that drowns out noise as our bedroom is next to the bedroom for rent. We share small full kitchen and bathroom and I have a small bladder so urinate every hour unfortunately.

There is no living room as I utilize it as my storage. Hallways are cramped because I have too much clothes but you’re able to walk through.

Off 2/5/6 subways 2-4 blocks away. Laundry is on same street. Deli downstairs and across street and around the corner. Small grocery store across street with restaurants. Four large grocery stores 2-6 blocks away. Shopping discount stores 2/4 blocks away. Near 3rd Ave shopping by bus train or walking and shopping at Hunts Point also by bus train or walking. Post office 6 blocks away, fed ex drop offs 2/3 blocks away. Fast food restaurants 2/4 blocks away. Near Essen hospital 3 blocks away.

There are no mice no roaches no bedbugs so don’t bring any. Clean after yourself and be decent and adult as we’d easy to get along and keep to ourselves. We have no pets and enjoy good sleep so we’re considerate too but on weekends our neighborhood comes alive and some neighbors bbq until the wee hours and some have karaoke until late. My partner is very reserved but extremely intelligent so he may never speak to you but he’s just quiet I’m more outgoing but respectful.

We’re an lgbt couple and open to everyone. Our last roommate stayed for a full year and the previous one stayed 10 months so we’re down to earth so please be too.
