This apartment has two floors: 2 bedrooms/bathrooms on the 2nd floor, and 1 bedroom/bathroom on the first floor.
The shared areas are also on the 1st floor.
This 1st Floor Bedroom comes unfurnished, and is very spacious (can easily fit a King Sized bed), and has a closet and 3 large windows.
It also comes with a private full bathroom next to the bedroom.
The shared areas include a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a dining space, living room, small balcony, and accessible rooftop space.
We also have central ac & heating that goes through the entire apartment.
We have multiple laundry around the corner. And we are conveniently located near multiple parks, coffee, and food.
