The older four sided red brick traditional style condo is in the back of the property well off the street. The Courtfield Condominiums community is smaller with 36 2-story units, not hundreds stacked upon one another like newer apartment and condo communities. While the pool is not visible from the condo it is only about 50 or 60 feet away. The assigned parking space is approximately 35 feet from the front door. The shared areas-living room, dining room, kitchen, patio and upstairs home office and workout area-are nicely furnished in an eclectic style. I've seen a coyote, deer, owl, numerous chip monks and squirrels as well as numerous birds on the mature land scaped property.

The available unfurnished bedroom and bath are upstairs on the second floor. Arrangements for providing furnishings can be discussed. The color scheme is a light warm gray on the walls and carpet (new) with white ceiling, doors and trim. The bedroom is 13 1/2 Feet X 12 Feet, or 162 square feet. There is a walk in closet, and additional smaller closet. A contemporary ceiling fan and light with remote control. Insulated double windows with Levelor cellular shades covers the windows for privacy. Out side these windows is a south facing view of a tree and green space below. Past this view is the parking lot with lawn, landscaping and trees in the distance. The adjacent private bath is also warm gray and white.

Also upstairs is a large bedroom used as a home office and workout area with various workout equipment such as Bosu ball, ab roller, foam roller, rubber workout bands, light free weights, and an inversion bed (rotates so that you can hang upside down to relax and stretch the spine). Also upstairs is a large insulated attic storage area.

I have two friendly indoor only cats. Therefore, in the interests of domestic peace and harmony, no other pets are allowed.

First and last months rent of $ 800.00 each and $ 250.00 damage deposit required. All utilities, 5G Internet Wi-Fi, monitored security alarm and assigned parking included. The year round temperature is kept at 68 degrees.

For some reason the map shows the wrong location and I am unable to correct it. The neighborhood is Embry Hills. Map Embry Hills Methodist church. I am next door left of the church on Henderson Mill Rd. NE in the Courtfield Condos.

I am about two minutes drive to the on ramps for 285 and 85. Shopping is nearby as well as a library, grocery store, gym and various park and nature areas.
