I'm a 45 year old women who lives with my dogs and cats- so don't need any more animals. I like to laugh, be with positive thinking people and love outdoor activities and yoga. I'm not a party person. I don't want to date a roommate. I'm a clean and sober person and smoke a little, but outside. I work out of the house and need a roommate who also doesn't work from home. I would like a roommate that will clean up after themselves, help keep the common areas clean as well as the outside and pool area.
