Currently living in Tribeca but my current roommate is moving away, so I will need to find a new roommate. I will likely stay at my current place which I have listed with an available room here on this site (should be linked below on my profile). I most likely will remain here but also am somewhat open to moving. Basically, reach out if you are interested in moving into the vacant room in my current place or also if you are just open to living together and we can see what is out there potentially. If not my current place, then I'd want to live in West Village, Soho or chelsea.
A little about me: I work in finance and am up early for work (at the office by 6:30am) but am usually home by 6/7pm. I am very outgoing and would love a roommate to go out with/get food with/hangout and watch tv with. That being said, I don't HAVE to be best friends with my roommate, but would enjoy having some sort of friendly relationship. I am pretty social and typically on the weekends I like to go out at least one night. Sometimes I enjoy having friends over to the apartment and hosting a group before going out. I always clean up the day after and am very courteous about the communal living space. In general, my bedroom can get a little messy, but rarely leave anything laying around the kitchen or living room and prioritize keeping the shared space neat.
Please reach out if you are interested in living together and/or moving into the vacant room in my current place!

My roommate is moving so I am looking for a female roommate to fill her spot. The apartment is located in the quaint neighborhood of Tribeca in a nice high rise apartment building. The building includes a 24hr doorman with mail service and elevator. The apartment itself has recently been renovated with new kitchen appliances (including dish washer). There is an in unit washer/dryer in the bathroom. The living room is very spacious and gets great southern exposure light.
The apartment is technically a one-bedroom (I live in the master bedroom) and we had a wall built to create the second bedroom. Full disclosure, there is a 5 inch gap between the bedroom wall and the adjoining window, this is because when the wall was built they couldn't fully close this gap, but if you'd like to fill it with foam or other material to have the room be fully closed off you are welcome to. My current roommate though had no issues with this.
The rent for the flex room is $2,113 per month. This does not include utilities which are typically ~$30 per person per month. The rent is non-negotiable as set by the current contract from the building, so please only reach out about this room if this is within your budget and if you are female. For more info about me as a person/roommate please see my bio. Thanks!
