I'm 28 years old and work in the music industry, 9-6 M-T (half days on Fridays)! In my free time, I like to do exercise classes/activities, read, and work on creating my own music. I also try to go out with friends when I can to catch up over dinner, etc. When I'm home I'm pretty quiet, and although I like to do a check-in at the end of the day or house movie/game nights, I also really like my alone time and am happy to lay in bed or in the backyard reading. I don't cook a lot so I don't spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I'm the owner/landlord of my 4-bed house, where I live with two boys of similar age and dispositions (they're a bit more house-social, and love to watch tv together in the evenings or cook).

Room for rent
One bedroom in our 4 bed house! The bedroom is about 10 by 10, with a cute distressed wood accent wall and a double-wide closet. It's unfurnished, but the rest of the common areas are fully furnished. You're also welcome to use the garage for storage if you need to! You would share a full bath with the two boys upstairs, and then there's another half bath downstairs as well. The house is pretty new (2007) and is 15 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to Kroger and 10 minutes to Berry Hill, which is super convenient, because you there are a lot of non-highway routes during rush hour.
We’re looking for someone in their mid-20s to early 30s. We’ve been spending our evenings having a drink and watching really cringe TV together, or doing board games, and we’d love someone who wants to participate! It’s important you clean up after yourself (including communal cleans of the kitchen and bathrooms), be LGBTQ+ friendly, don’t smoke and don’t party. Sorry, but no pets are allowed!
The nitty gritty: $700 security deposit due with 1st month’s rent. We also run a background check which costs $50. Bills are split evenly across the house and average $75pp/month.
