looking to share 2 bedroom apartment near UBC

room available in a 2 bedroom apartment near UBC, close to west 10th avenue and sasamat street b-line stop...
room has its own separate small bathroom/shower and large built in closets... spacious with lots of daylight...
4th floor of an older high-rise building... prime location... next to UBC, Pacific Spirit Park and just a short distance down to Locarno, Spanish Banks and Jericho beaches...

furniture set-up to be discussed... currently minimal... i.e. if you got some of your own items, there's definitely space for them...

me: currently working on a mixed schedule... at a bakery and a wine store... as well as some remote work from home sometimes...
I like sports, arts and music… cook mostly vegetarian at home... but don't mind other ways...
think I'm fairly outgoing & communicative... calm-paced & responsible…
have lived with roommates before, both male and female, and got along well with everybody...
believe that the basic principles of respect, individual freedom, care and cooperation really just make everything easy and positive for everyone at all times...
given the current rental market realities in the city (and realities overall ;-)… teaming-up seems to be a good way to go… so would be glad to hear from you if you think this option could be suitable…
