Looking for a new roommate!
Hi! I'm looking to renew my lease in a 2 bed / 1 bath in East Harlem. My lease is up in November so need to let my landlord know by the end of August if I'll be staying and my current roommate is moving out.
I'm very clean and keep to myself most of the time, I'm usually traveling or out visiting friends. I work remotely but will be in the office sometimes for meetings. At home, I like to read/paint/draw or catch up on movies.
The apartment is on the first floor, near the M15 bus and 6 train. There are lots of restaurants in the area and it's a safe/quiet street. The bedroom that's available is the larger room, and connects to the enclosed backyard (it's private and no one else has access). The kitchen has a dishwasher and a good amount of cabinet space if you like cooking.
