My name is Lily
I'm looking for a roommate to live in my house starting August 1st. I live in a 3 story townhouse in olde richmond (between fishtown and port richmond).
My future roommate would get the second floor bedroom and bathroom. I have the master bedroom and bathroom on the third floor and office space on the second floor. The bedroom has 2 closets and pretty large, enough for king size bed and dressers.
i travel for work 50% of the time and work from home the rest. I visit my BF in NY on the weekends, so to be honest im rarely home. I do have a 10 year old pet cat who is really social and friendly. Sometimes on the annoying side, to be honest.
i am pretty quiet and keep to myself and tend to go to bed early (10PM). I am happy to hang out in the living area and would like to be friendly to my roommate but don't feel the need to be best friends.

Olde Richmond House looking for roommate tenant
Hi,
My house was newly renovated in 2023. All new appliances including washer and dryer. There are 3 floors and an unfinished basement. The basement contains the washer / dryer unit.
My new roommate would occupy the second floor that has a bedroom and a large private bathroom. I occupy the third floor and second floor office space.
The whole space has new vinyl flooring and no carpet.
There is a private outdoor area behind the house that has a lock and fence. Trash goes out the alley of that area to the street.
Would love to get to know you and show you around so you can get a good idea of the space for rent.
