Here at June Homes we understand that the cost of real estate can start to hinder on our simple yet crucial facets of life. A home should be safe, comfortable, well appointed, be a breeding ground of dreams and imaginations, and not be located in an unfavorable area. We’ve spent months crafting what we consider the optimal sanctuary to unwind, create memories, and to surmount our next endeavours in.
June Homes is a membership based living brand that provides fully furnished properties in some of the most desirable areas. We don’t believe that you should only get a hotel experience while away, so we provide hotel-like services as well as amenities found in many luxury hotel brands in all of our properties. For a $99 monthly membership fee we’ll include utilities, Wi-Fi, Netflix and HBO, weekly cleaning, unlimited caffeine, fully equipped chef’s kitchens and unlimited home supplies from paper towel to laundry detergent. No broker fees, sign-up costs, and questionable roommates all at an economical rate in your city’s hotspots. Just turn up with your suitcase and call us home.

Full Size Private Bedroom 3B in Crown Heights
Once one of the most affluent neighborhoods in New York, this four bedroom flat was designed to shed light on the neighborhood’s past. As soon as you enter this distinct approach is apparent through the subtle grasscloth wall-coverings and polished chrome fittings. To the left through the long corridor you’ll enter the kitchen which is directly off of the sunlit living room which overlooks the scenic Crown Heights neighborhood. The main aim of the project was to design rooms that are as functional as they are aesthetically pleasing, which is a key element of June Homes. Further in the rear of the unit you’ll discover three guestrooms which are all designed with a taste of their own. From walnut woods to metal accents, the flat boasts a coordinated styling. Nonetheless, the flat comes with many amenities one would expect from a boutique hotel in a personalized environment that will rightfully make you feel at home.

B - A dark grey wallcovering greets you as you enter this full-sized room. A grey upholstered bed paired with a bleached oak nightstand with storage are front and center along with a reach in closet, folding desk, and handpicked decor.

The Neighborhood
Crown Heights was one of Brooklyn’s wealthiest neighborhoods at the start of the 20th century — and has the grand architecture to prove it. In the 1930s the newly opened A train brought a wave of residents from Harlem. Today it’s the prices and new developments that draw a steady stream of working professionals looking for space and easy commutes to Manhattan. Bisected by Eastern Pkwy. — which was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted of Central and Prospect Park fame — the area is now dominated by multi-family homes and features a great mix of businesses and dining options. There’s always a new restaurant or bar to check out, plus independent shops to peruse and stunning historical districts to admire. Experience the seasons at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, or spend a rainy afternoon at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum. The Weeksville Heritage Center examines the area’s history, and the nearby Brooklyn Museum attracts art lovers.
