A King sized bed is already in the room, however, you are free to provide your own bed.

*The Bedroom*
The bedroom is nice and spacious. It includes two closets. There is also a Vanity area that leads into the bathroom. The vanity area includes 6 drawers, a mirror, seating area, and an additional closet.

*The Bathroom*
The bathroom includes an additional closet, an additional vanity desk, and medicine cabinet.

*The rest of the apartment*
The apartment is a roommate styled apartment, so you will have your own side of the apartment to yourself.
There is a nicely sized living room that includes a fire-place, and two doors that lead out onto the massive balcony.
The balcony is HUGE, and spans the length of the apartment, so it's as if you have your own private balcony area, and balcony entrance.
There's a dining room and Kitchen (Kitchen includes breakfast bar).
Your room is completely private, and no one has access to your bathroom but you.

*The Apartment Complex*
Gorgeous lakeside clubhouse. Barbecue grills, Huge lake, nice fitness area, business office, computer study rooms, oversized lounge with flatscreen tv, cooking area, park, pool (with additional grills), dog park, tennis court.

*The Location*
Located in beautiful Vinings area, minutes from Cumberland Mall.
Everything is near (tons of shopping, tons of restaurants, etc)
Beautiful view, and luxury-styled living in the hills!
About 3 minutes from Cumberland Mall, and about 5 minutes from Battery Park (Braves Stadium).

*The Price*
Rent: $550
Utilities: $150 for utilities/Internet
TOTAL : $700 per month.
*A deposit of one month's rent will be required upon moving in.
(fee for couples will be an additional $150, totalling to $850 per month).

F. 28 year old designer. Recently finished graduate school, and employed.
I am looking for another working professional who is neat and doesn't do drugs.
I'm pretty outgoing, friendly, and creative.

The room is available on March 1st. I would like for someone to move in March 1st or March 2nd.
