Looking for a Roommate
Hello, I have a room available for rent. It's a large room that overlooks the street we live on. The house is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house. I live in the owners suite and there is another girl that lives in the room downstairs. I am making plans to have my girlfriend and her son move in later this year. The room is on the second floor. The room will have access to their own bathroom and closet inside the room. The house is a fairly quiet house. Everyone respects each other and their sleep schedules. Ideally, the room would be better for a quiet person who works/goes to school during the day. Everyone is quiet and respectful of each other. They (my girlfriend and the downstairs girl) prefer another girl as a new roommate. Safety and comfort are the two biggest factors I consider.
