I have a 2BR apartment in Murray Hill and am looking for a second person to move in for a 1-yr lease into a large master bedroom. It's a 24hr doorman building with a GORGEOUS rooftop terrace and laundry on every floor.
The current tenant is a good friend of mine and has lived at the apartment for a few years now.
She is a corporate Lawyer, very friendly, clean, likes going to the gym, traveling, wine and exploring NYC.
Roommate is friendly and pretty laid back! Loves to exercise, travel, and explore NYC. Works a lot, but when she gets the chance and its sunny out, she likes to relax on the rooftop.
Rent is $1,890, and is available for move-in December 1.
