I am recent medical school graduate, moving from Pittsburgh and will be starting my residency in Emergency Medicine this July at Lincoln Hospital in the South Bronx. I enjoy working out, watching or playing any type of sport. I am always down to grab a drink or explore the city when I'm not working. Overall I am a laid back roommate, I do like to keep my place neat but I am not a clean freak. Since I will be new to the city I am looking for a roommate with similar interests that I can get to know and socialize with.
Location wise even though my hospital is in the Bronx I would much rather be in Manhattan. If I am close to the 2, 4, 5, or 6 train then the commute is not too bad. I am mainly interested in Upper East Side down to East Village but I am open to other areas depending on the commute. I am looking to split a 2 bedroom or possibly a 3 bedroom if there is 2 bathrooms. Since I am starting at the hospital on July 1st, I am looking to move in June. I would like to find a place with some amenities like gym and outdoor space.
My maximum monthly budget | 1,750 |
Move in Date | Jun 2020 |
Lease Duration | 1 Year |
Age | 30 |
Occupation | Emergency Medicine Resident Physician |
Pets | Pet Friendly |
Hometown | Moon Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania |
Education | St. George's University School Of Medicine |
Relationship Status | Single |
We think Ryan would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
