Need a third person to join myself, another young adult and my golden retriever in our 3BD/2.5 BA apartment in the Bellevue (West Nashville) area. Very spacious apartment with a walking trail on the complex. This is for a one year lease starting at the end of May. Your portion of rent would be $617.00 a month plus utilities and such (estimate is 780 on the high end).
You will need to apply through the leasing office of the apartment and be approved so you need to have good credit and regular employment.
