I often share my extra groceries rather than letting something go to waste, but don't tolerate my food going missing from the fridge/pantry. If you need an ingredient, ask-- I'm pretty gracious.
I seek tranquil roommates leading healthy lifestyles. I need a roommate who will respect my asthma by avoiding all heavy frying or cooking onions/garlic while I'm home; perfume/candle, air fresheners, hair sprays & scented/strong household cleaners (I have eco-friendly stuff for us :). If you rarely cook even better. And please ventilate well when you do!
I spend time at home in my room often on my off-days, unless I'm in the city. Much less during warm months, as I bike the city or hula hoop! I prefer someone who isn't shouting over the phone working from home/blasting music or doing intense home workouts or bringing guests. MUST be COVID-free and mask-wearing when out.
In short, my ideal roommate is very: mature, quiet, clean, considerate.

Would you like a clean, peaceful place to call home? All gender identities & orientations welcome! Brand new building in an apartment facing south. (VERY quiet and away from construction noise from building next door).
I am looking for someone to co-sign the 12-month lease. The building has an elevator, bike storage, laundry, and central air and heat. Your room has a nice sized closet and your full bathroom is just outside of the room.
Kitchen has a large dining/living area (11.5" X 12") so a plus if you come with a small kitchen table & chairs + couch + microwave to use communally. (My couch is small & uncomfortable!)
These is a new, stainless steel fridge & 6-burner stove, with ample ventilation from the small balcony. Cabinet and fridge space would be split equally. If you need more space you will need to invest in a mini-fridge. Note: I don't own a TV so if you bring one you'd be responsible for setting it
up with cable, installation fee, and that entire monthly bill. And it should go in your bedroom so as not to disturb me at night.
Rent is NOT net effective: 2 months free on months 2 and 7.
Utilities are not included, so I prefer someone eco-conscious like me. Personally, I run warm and do not need excessive heating in cold months, and use a small fan unless really hot out in summer. But house should never be ice cold or really hot--ideally somewhere around 70F more or less. We shouldn't have to fight over the thermostat, which is why I bring it up.
You: Non-smoker,drug-free, quiet person, considerate, and easygoing. No heavy drinkers or heavy cooking (meat). Must be queer friendly. Cleaning up after oneself is NOT optional. Preferably working outside the house. Vaccinated for Coronavirus or planning to be. Expect to have little to no guests in the apt due to COVID. Due to the nature of my job I cannot afford to be infected.
