The Room is 11x15, with a closet.

There are 2 living rooms, but we occupy both so if you bring furniture it must fit within the room.

If you need us to furnish the room, I'm sure we can figure that out.

The kitchen is large and so is the laundry room. We have a cat that uses the outside as her litter box and a dog that is smaller than the cat...and very much an old lady. She is very calm and not annoying and she lives in the back yard.

You may not bring any pets with you, sorry!

We have tried before and it never works for us - our cat would forget that she goes potty outside and neither of our pets shed hardly at all.

Oh, and we have some fish. Lol.

As you can see, my girls are very pretty. So only female roommates will be considered and we expect you to use good judgment when having guests over.

We have fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook/bake, feel free to use it as long as you clean up after yourself. The bathroom is shared with our tidy 15 year old daughter, but there is plenty of storage and she uses the vanity in her room. Please be advised cleaning up after the bathroom is a shared responsibility w our daughter.

The hot tub and pool are also available for you, but we maintain those and the yard.

Please just be a normal/reasonable roommate and we will get along fine. Fyi - my wife is a smoker but she has a sunroom and back porch at her disposal. So no smoking inside.
