I have a large four bedroom three and a half bath home, looking to rent out two of the rooms. Overall 3,693 living square feet with a pool in the backyard. I estimated about 500 square feet of the home would be private/rented out. There would be a lot of shared space. The living room, kitchen with attached countertop/bar/eating area, dining room, guest bathroom (toilet and sink), laundry room and mudroom. I have a empty closet in the mudroom that can serve as your coat closet or extra storage space.

Both the rented bedrooms have a walk in closets and sinks. They are joined via a Jack 'n Jill style
bathroom. Please see the photos and copy of the blueprint to get a better idea.

Rent would include Internet, Water, CPS (Electricity and Gas), lawn and pool care. I have a dog and a cat, my pets tend to stay with me and do not go into any of the bedrooms/carpeted areas. There is a large covered back porch has a gas fireplace, patio furniture, and grill. The pool is a solid size, 24' x 34' and over 6 feet deep and has a waterfall. There is a large front and back yard, and a nice covered front porch with seating area.

I work from home so I would be home most of the time. I'm very tidy and keep a clean house, as much as possible. I have a Roomba that runs every night to help keep the floors clean of pet hair. This is a nice, semi custom home in a developing area. Located close to Potranco/211 area, so far west side. But it's technically Castroville, but just barely. The neighborhood is very quiet and pretty large lots, there is a green belt behind my home as well.

I am a Marine Corps vet that is pretty laid back. I am a huge movie and music buff and have a large DVD/Blu-ray collection and solid vinyl collection. I don't go out too terribly much, but enjoying going to the movies, seeing live music (mostly metal shows), checking out breweries and restaurants.
