Hi! I'm in search of a lease takeover, available room, or roommates to sign a lease for a new apartment with. I'm ready to move in mid-late May/early June and am looking for a ~1 year lease but would open to doing something shorter term with the possibility to renew. My budget is up to $2800.

I'm a 32F that moved to NYC about a year ago after finishing grad school and am looking to move to lower Manhattan (EV, LES, Bowery, FiDi preferred) after breaking up with my partner whom I currently live with in Brooklyn. I'm looking for an unfurnished room/apartment and can also provide most common room furniture if we sign for a new place together.

I'm in the office Tuesday-Thursday usually and WFH on Monday and Friday. Personality wise, I’d describe myself as an introverted extrovert. Friendly and social but also need alone time to recharge. Happy to become friends if it works out! My interests include travel, yoga, exploring new restaurants/neighborhoods, art gallery hopping, and going to clubs in Brooklyn 1-2x/month. I’m not interested in "bringing the party home" and am looking for a roommate who feels the same way.
