The roommate: Early 30s friendly female. I usually cook at home and occasionally have friends over for dinner/drinks/game nights, but most of the time like to relax after a day of work. There is a dog already living in the apartment, so no additional pets please. She is a mid-size adorable dog :)

I am looking for a quiet, respectful, laid-back roommate, who will keep the place clean and tidy. The room itself is rented unfurnished. The shared common areas (living room/kitchen) are fully furnished.
